After a sold out and beautiful retreat in Bali in March 2023, I am so excited to be re-visiting this stunning Island of the Gods with a new venue, North West of the island, where the auspicious and healing river Balian meets the Indian ocean.

The Venue
Located on the west of the island with our own little beach just below the pool.
We have a private shala, lounge area, pool, and 10 exquisite bedrooms that can be shared with 2 single beds or taken alone as one queen room. The venue has left no stone unturned when it comes to the finer details.
Located on Balian Beach, it is believed that the waters of the river Balian that flow here are sacred, and healing. For centuries Balinese people have visited the black sparkling sands here to cure, heal and replenish. What an honour that it is quite literally our garden.
All of the rooms are modern and stunning, we also have the most beautiful shala and common spaces too. This is pure Balinese peace and nature with all the comforts you could desire.

Example Day
7am - optional sunrise swim at our garden beach
8am - meditation, pranayama & morning dynamic vinyasa practice
10am - big group brunch at the villa
11am - freetime, surf, sun, chill, massage or day trip ( depending on schedule)
4pm - on 2 days workshop with myself and on 1 additional day workshop with outside guest teacher or activity
5pm - sunsets & golden hour optional gatherings
6.30pm - yin or restorative practice
7.30-8pm - dinner at villa (we are in a tiny village this time so all dinners will be within the retreat venue)
9pm - freetime

Highlights include…
Puru Ulun Danu
lake temple
On one of the days we will visit the Pura Ulun Danu the temple built in adoration of the Goddess Danu. The temple complex consists of four sacred buildings.
The temple also honours Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva the destroyer. We will be exploring the visit and offerings further through the retreat. Alongside the continuous theme of the symbolism of water and purification that will run through the retreat.
Fresh Local Cuisine
We are exceptionally lucky to have our own private in-house local chef’s catering our retreat. Food will be fresh, healthy and delicious - veggie/vegan, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Our 6 night retreat will has 4 options for occupancy.
SUITE - 48SQM BUNGALOW - SOLD OUT
£1800 - SINGLE OCCUPANCY or £1300PP - SHARED
DELUXE - 36SM BUNGALOW - SOLD OUT
£1650 - SINGLE 0CCUPANCY or £1200PP - SHARED
Deposit : £350pp - non refundable. If for any reason you decide to cancel the retreat once the deposit payment is made the deposit is Non-refundable. If for any reason I need to cancel the retreat your deposit will be refunded.
Final Payment : 60 days before first day of retreat.
Flights : flights/airport transfers and all travel costs are not included - you will also be responsible for booking your own flights and we can arrange a group transfer through the WhatsApp group closer to the time. Please be aware that some may choose to travel the island before or after so group transfer is not always definite on this type of retreat and you will need to factor this into your planning.

HOW TO SECURE / T’S&C’S
To secure your space you will need to place a £350 deposit. This will be deducted from the total cost of the retreat. The rest of the retreat balance will be due 8 weeks before the retreat start date in early August. If you would prefer to pay in instalments to split the cost we can also work that out.
Please be aware that I have some terms with this retreats, based on many previous experiences these boundaries are fundamental. The deposit is non refundable. If under any circumstances I need to cancel the retreat I will refund what you have paid or move you to another retreat (whichever you feel more comfortable with).
I cannot under any circumstances be responsible for participants deciding to not to join, and the full amount (not including the deposit) is non refundable from 8 weeks before the retreat. This will be non negotiable since everything will have been secured and paid for. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover any issues that you can potentially see arising pre retreat should you need to cancel.
On retreat this is a community experience. If you chose to join please be fully prepared to take part in everything unless we have discussed previously. This is primarly because the energy of the group is so important and such a huge part of everyones experience. There will be plenty of free time to do your own thing/explore, but shala time is shala time, and you will grow and benefit so much from being fully immersed in it.
